It took some time to get an audition with those wonderful people at Kru Talent and it was with some trepidation (and excitement) that I headed to the Welcome day. Was this going to be another second rate festive show? Mike and Alison Battle explained how they searched and searched for the perfect Christmas experience and following disappointment after disappointment they decided to build their own. I listened and I heard the stories but I'm not sure that I was convinced until I got a chance to sneak backstage on the "Friends and Family" day. To say that I was blown away (and yes, very emotional) was an understatement. The attention to detail, the magic, the sheer joy and happiness shown by all the elves makes this a perfect experience for people like me. I felt like I had finally found kindred people, all very passionate about bring Christmas to life. Lapland UK is now in it's tenth year and I'm just so excited to be a part of it. I'll be there until Christmas eve and if you get the chance to see it! Please, please go. You won't be disappointed :)
