Norwich Half Marathon

Training has gone well over the past 12 weeks and once again I'm attacking my Personal Best! Third time lucky right? Although I'm a little disappointed about the weather forecast, it should be a great run and always great to run in front of a home crowd. I just hope that the rain doesn't put people off (but I can't blame you if it does). I'd like to thank everyone who has donated to my just giving page, I could never have believed that we could raise just short of £1500 for Parkinson's UK. Be prepared for an update after the race when my legs have recovered. :)
